Steve the Home Inspector in Edinburg TX was able to do an inspection on a new construction home at a time where both the husband and wife would be able to attend the inspection.  I got started about 4:30 in the afternoon and they arrived at about 5:30.  I was able to show they them issues that needed corrected by the builder.  The builder was great and had all the items noted fixed for them.  They closed on the home and are happy as can be!
